Each Shystones piece is handcrafted with love and care. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. 

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail.

Total delivery time is generally 7-10 business days.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shy-stones Return Policy

Because every Shystone piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, we do not offer cash refunds. However your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Exchanges and Store Credit: If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit toward another piece.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Damaged Items: If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund damaged items at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable: Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
